Manur - Why Laproscopy ?
Laparoscopy is a type of surgical procedure that allows a surgeon to access the inside of the abdomen(tummy) and pelvis without having to make large incisions in the skin.
What is Laparoscopy?
Laparoscopy is a type of surgical procedure that allows a surgeon to access the inside of the abdomen (tummy) and pelvis without having to make large incisions in the skin. This procedure is also known as keyhole surgery or minimally invasive surgery.
Why Laparoscopy?
Compared to traditional open surgery, patients often experience less pain, a shorter recovery, and less scarring with laparoscopic surgery. The fine instruments are less apt to cause tissue trauma and blood loss. It's a low-risk, minimally invasive procedure that requires only small incisions. It is both a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure.
